Liz made the whole roofing experience really easy from estimate to installation. She really heard all the concerns I had about our old house and was on site during the installation. They do siding as well as roofs so we didn't need a separate company to come out and work on siding adjustments. We are very happy with the roof and would highly recommend Schantz.

They did my siding and were able to make a perfect match. A tree had fallen on my house and the insurance company would only pay for the back wall. This meant that Schantz had to match the 20 year siding on the rest of the house. They found and installed a perfect match. Can't say enough about how efficient and professional they were. Came on time and cleaned up behind themselves. I recommend them to anyone without reservation.

I had a significant problem with some old georgia pacific siding that had deteriorated and needed replacing or repair. I contacted several companies to get pricing. Schantz was competitive, but more importantly was very responsive to my concerns and gave several estimates on differing choices I was considering. When we came to agreement they did a superior job and I am truly pleased with the work. In the future they will be my go too.
